·        Business Development Executive / Sales Engineer (Petaling Jaya)

General Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT / Solutions / industrial product selling. CAD/CAM/CAE sales experience will be a good advantage.
• Proven track record in sales achievement
• Passionate to achieve results with minimum supervision
• Pleasant personality and good communicator
• Strong negotiation skills and determination; and motivated
• Posses a certificate / diploma / degree in any disciplines such as Business Studies / Management, IT, Engineering or equivalent
• Good command in conversing and writing in English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply as well
• Must possess own transport

Responsibilities:

• Independent, motivated and aggressive to achieve quarterly and annual sales target. On-target-achievement will be highly rewarded.
• Identify and market engineering solutions / products and services to new and existing clients.
• Build and manage customer base.
• Provide feedback on market scenario and development to Management and to work closely in defining competitive strategies and directions for the company.
• Organize and manage the internal reporting requirements to provide accurate and timely input
• Work closely with Application Engineers in pre-sales and after-sales activities.
